Our Oginga Odinga Street shop is open six days a week for individual purchases.
Walk into our azure-accented shop any weekday between 08:00 and 18:00 — or Saturday until 16:00 — and browse a carefully organised range of stationery and supplies. The retail floor is arranged by category: school notebooks and exercise books occupy the first section; office and professional stationery fills the centre; art and craft supplies occupy the rear. Staff are on hand to help you locate specific ruled formats, paper sizes, or specialty items such as carbon copy books and pre-ruled accounting sheets. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will record your details and notify you within 48 hours when it arrives. No minimum purchase applies for retail customers.
Bulk and Institutional Supply — Reliable Orders, Delivered on Time
Schools, churches, NGOs, and offices across Nyanza and Western Kenya place regular orders with us.
Institutional customers — schools, colleges, county government offices, churches, and registered NGOs — may open a supply account with Notebooktrailx and place orders by phone, email, or in person. Minimum order quantities apply per product category; details are available on request. We typically fulfil bulk orders within three to five working days for standard items and notify the ordering institution by phone when the consignment is ready for collection or local delivery within Kisumu. Deliveries to Siaya, Homabay, and Kakamega are available on scheduled weekly runs. Please note that delivery timelines outside Kisumu depend on road conditions and transporter availability, which are outside our control.
