Always In Stock
We maintain consistent inventory levels so that schools placing bulk orders before a new term and individual customers walking in on a weekday afternoon both find what they need. We do not substitute quality for availability.

A Shop Rooted in the Lake Victoria Community
Serving schools, offices, and households across Kisumu since 2018.
Notebooktrailx began as a small counter on Oginga Odinga Street and has grown into one of Kisumu's most dependable sources for stationery, notebooks, and office supplies. We understand what a teacher needs before the first day of term, what a small-business owner requires to keep records in order, and what a university student searches for the night before an assignment is due. Our stock is curated around those real, practical needs — not imported trends that don't fit our community. The azure shelves inside our shop are stocked with everything from single-subject exercise books and accounting ledgers to quality ballpoint pens, correction fluid, file folders, and printer paper. We keep prices fair because we know that supply costs matter most to the families and institutions we serve.
Why Kisumu Chooses Notebooktrailx
Three reasons our neighbours return to us term after term.
Community Pricing
Our prices reflect the realities of Kisumu's households and small institutions. We offer volume discounts to registered schools and NGOs operating in Nyanza and Western Kenya, making quality materials accessible at every budget.
Personal Service
Every customer receives direct assistance from a knowledgeable staff member — not a catalogue number or a queue ticket. Whether you need advice on choosing the right paper weight for your printer or want to open a school supply account, we walk you through it personally.
Heard from Our Customers
“I run a small tutorial college near Kondele, and Notebooktrailx has never let me down on bulk exercise book orders — not once since 2021. They phoned me in August to confirm my stock before I even placed the order. That level of attention is rare.”
Agnes Atieno, Tutorial College Principal, Kondele
